How the application handles Google data.
Signal Forge Mailroom Dispatcher uses Google data to process the operator's authorized assignments and deliver reviewed reports.
Information accessed and its purpose
The application reads Drive metadata to discover assignments and verify file identities, ownership, and locations. It reads Google Docs assignment bodies in the authorized Mailroom inbox. It creates report files in the authorized outbox and reads them back to verify their contents and location.
Google Docs read authorization permits reading documents accessible to the authorized account. Drive metadata authorization permits reading metadata across that account. The application restricts these reads to its authorized Mailroom workflow. The per-file Drive permission is used for specifically authorized or application-created files and report publishing.
The application preserves existing assignments and does not change file-sharing permissions.
OpenAI processing and sharing
Authorized assignment text and predecessor results are sent to OpenAI through Codex for isolated analysis and review. The operator must approve assignment material for that processing. Applicable OpenAI terms and account settings govern OpenAI processing and retention.
Google OAuth credentials are never included in model prompts, reports, or evidence packages. The application does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. The application uses Google data only for the authorized workflow and does not itself train AI models.
Reports remain in the dedicated Google Drive outbox under its existing access permissions. Local evidence is available to the operator and authorized reviewers. Additional disclosure requires operator authorization.
Storage, protection, and retention
OAuth credentials are encrypted locally using Windows account protection. Assignment contents, analysis results, delivery receipts, and processing records are retained locally as operational evidence. Evidence backups exclude credentials.
The operator controls local file access and Google Drive sharing. Evidence is retained until the operator archives or removes it; there is no automatic retention cleanup.
Stopping access and requesting removal
The operator can stop the application and revoke its authorization in the Google account's connected-app settings. Revocation prevents future authorized API access. It does not automatically remove existing local evidence or delivered reports.
For questions about access, retained copies, or removal, contact signalforge.mailroom@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed by the operator; this website offers no automated deletion.
